We are excited to announce that for the second year running our Brightwave’s business, systems, processes and learning technology solutions have received quality accreditation from the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI).

The LPI has been auditing and accrediting the workplace Learning and Development sector since 1995. It is now the leading authority on workplace Learning and Development, and as it approaches its fourth decade of operations it is continuing to expand its global reach.

The LPI’s accreditation process is a robust and comprehensive review of an organisation’s ability to deliver value, identifying key challenges and opportunities and assessing the direction of travel.

Brightwave sees the LPI’s accreditation process as a valid endorsement of our quality as an organisation and a ringing statement of intent that we undertake to constantly improve, develop and innovate our offerings to the benefit of our clients, customers, stakeholders, and the wider industry.

The ongoing benchmarking process compares data across learning providers worldwide and continues to show that we are competitive at the very highest level of the sector. and shown to be competitive at the very highest level. With regular measurement and inspection, the LPI’s framework will also help us extend our culture of continual improvement and demonstrate our commitment to providing world-class learning solutions.
